Who are we?

We’re Scouts and everyone is welcome here. All genders, races and backgrounds. Every week we bring youngsters in our community aged 6 – 14 the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.

What do we do?

Aged 6 – 8, Beavers get together in groups called Beaver Colonies to hop, skip and jump their way through lots of different games and activities – achieving anything they set their minds to, and having lots of fun along the way!

Cubs meet in groups called Cub Packs, specially for 8 – 10 year olds. The adventure is ramped up a notch and the skills are a bit harder to get the hang of. With a great attitude, there isn’t anything a Cub shouldn’t be able to rock at!

Scouts gather in groups called Scout Troops. At 10 – 14, Scouts are the eldest section at the 22nd. Every week, the Scouts try to conquer the small task of changing the world and shaping their own pathways.

At the 22nd, we all:

  • Master new skills and try new things
  • Have fun and go on adventures
  • Make friends
  • Are curious about the world around us
  • Help others and make a difference, on our own doorsteps and beyond
